Privacy Notice — Waiting List

This notice explains what we do with the details you give us when you join the BhoomiLanka waiting list.
What we collect
- Your email address
- The region you live in, if you choose to tell us
- Your preferred language (English or Sinhala)
- How you found us (for example, a Facebook link), if the link contains that information
Why we collect it
- To tell you when BhoomiLanka launches and to give you early access
- To understand which countries people are interested from
We use your details only because you agreed to it when you joined. We do not sell your details or share them with property sellers, agents or advertisers.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on servers in Singapore. Only BhoomiLanka staff can view them.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until the platform launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop emailing you. Email hello@bhoomilanka.com and we will respond within 14 days.
